Responsible to the Head of New Business for the delivery of superior technical output, required to support Riyadh-based customer facing functions.

Will be responsible for:

• Management of the UK-based SME (Subject Matter Expert) teams and for their governance in line with GPT processes, for the production of deliverable user applications capability strategy for Saudi Arabian National Guard.
• Maintaining UK technical advisor proficiency to meet customer needs, and to support business development and new business objectives as appropriate
• Assimilation and dissemination of leading engineering best practice and capability to System Design Authority
• Definition, delivery and maintenance of customer application strategy and acquisition plan
• Being the SME for convergent communications
• Ensure that design and practice is conducted and wholly resourced appropriately in the UK office, to specified standards
• Be responsible for the management of the team with regard to contractual responsibilities
• Be the point of contact for technical matters relating to GEC Plessey Telecommunications
• Managing the user application technical strategy team and output within budget,
• Complete necessary processes required to facilitate and support financial revenue
• Maintaining personnel time records in accordance with required standard practice
• Delivery of technical operations to current best practice within budget constraints
